Devon This is one section of the SW coastal path I don't walk enough, mostly because I nearly always have the dogs with me and there's some steep drops further along the path at Black Head, which you can see in the distance. Parts of the cliff are falling away and at least one access path is gone but there's a good route down further along with a cafe on the beach and it's quiet if you're not one for the clouds. There was an enormous bank of cloud sat across the bay that day and I was I was aiming for that rather than the cove but I took some panorama shots anyway, just for the hell of it. The cloud bank got lost a bit but I think it's still a good shot. Date: Wed 21st Apr 2010 |
